Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY
Most of our products are made to order and that takes some time (and availability of materials sometimes).  Most wood or metal art ships within a week.  Furniture takes longer.  We ship products anywhere within the United States using either USPS or UPS. 

A) Our shipping charges are determined by the weight/size of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.  Any item over $200 is shipped with additional insurance on it and we'll cover that cost for you.  Most of our wood signs are shipped by USPS in large flat rate boxes for a fee of $14.99.  Metal signs for $19.99.  

B)  We do offer local pickup as well.  If you choose the local pickup option we will coordinate with you when your item is ready and work out a good time for you to come pick up your purchases.

C) International Orders - Unfortunately, we do not currently offer International Shipping, however, this is an option that we will be looking into in the near-future. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY - CANCELLATIONS
Custom items are non-refundable.  It is up to you when order to ensure that any customizations are accurate before submitting your order.
Non-Customized Item(s) and Stock Items are subject to a 20% cancellation or return fee, but is solely at the discretion of Famous Elements Studio.  To initiate a return contact our support team by emailing support@famouselementsstudio.com.  Once the item has been returned and inspected we will issue a refund to the original payment method when purchased less the fee and shipping cost.
